Remote Support:
We now offer two levels of remote support one is for
existing accounts (under contract) and the other is per incident,
which means that a flat fee of $29.95 for Residential ( Home Based ) Users and
$49.95 for Commercial ( Includes Home Business ) Users. (Limitied Time Only & Per Incident)
In the event that your system can not be resolved remotely we may suggest
that we send you a technician.
Should you choose to then an hourly Rate of $65 for Residential( Home Based )
and $90 for Commercial Users ( Includes Home Business ).
These rates are for a limited time and during Business Hours.

Also please note that due to High Volumes you may not be able to get
instant support. We also Reserve the Right to cancel Remote Assistance
at anytime and for any Reason.

Return Policy:
New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below. PCMACNERDS reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise are non-refundable.
Desktop computers, monitors, printers, laptops, notebooks, smart phones, gaming systems, may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. A 30% Open Box Fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is defective and is exchanged for the identical product.
Opened software and DVDs may be exchanged only for the identical product. Any exchange of opened software and DVDs must occur within 30 days of purchase.
All other products not listed above may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories.
Non-returnable and non-refundable items
Special buy, clearance, or Refurbished items are not returnable unless otherwise indicated on the label attached to the product. Service parts, motherboards and processors may only be exchanged, and only if defective, within 15 days of purchase if in "like-new" condition. Labor, installation services and any shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the date that pcmacnerds receives the merchandise, and will be credited to the credit card or debit card account used for the original purchase.
Shipping Policy:
Deliveries within New Jersey are always FREE ( applies ONLY to refurbished items ) regardless of the quantity, all other areas Standard Rates Apply.
Bill Pay and or Retainers:
When paying your bill on line or just placing a Retainer on any goods or services applicable sales Tax applies. Please contact your representative for any adjustments that need to be made.
Retainers:
Retainer of Five Thousand Dollars ( $ 5000.00 ) applies to any new commercial client. This retainer can be used for past due ballances, late fees, and or emergency purchases, but must get replished before any job continues.
Payment Acceptance Type
We accept all major credit cards - visa, master card, american express, discover as well as checks and cash.
Invoicing
Invoicing terms are net 15 ONLY and upon credit Approval.
Advance Pay and Late Fees
Any Net 15 client that pays their bill earlier than the terms please deduct 3% from the sub-total ( Example: Before $ 100 + 7% Tax = $107, After $100 - 3% = $ 97 + 7% Tax = $104. A late Fee of 12% is accessed after the pay terms, also if bill goes beyond 30 days late than all maintenance and or services are stopped till payment is made.
Contract Termination
Any clients that are habitualy late or have returned checks, other than assesing a $40 fee per returned check, all services will be terminated by us and all of our affiliates. An option to continue will be looked at on a case by case basis and after a three month waiting period.
Daily Prizes
Refer a friend and get complete system maintenance an $80 value. No Purchase Necessary. Just give us the name of the person that you refered. Its that easy. Plus there is no limitations to how many people you refer.
